What shipping methods are available?

We ship to customers around the globe, and alongside our standard shipping service, we also offer an express option for faster delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Here's what to expect timeline-wise:

• Within the USA (Hawaii and Alaska included): orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date you place them.

As a small, independent business, these timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. If you'd like an updated status on your order's arrival, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Returns

We provide a 90-day window for returns. To start a return, simply email us at support@purepod.shop, and we'll send over the return address. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are also accepted within 90 days. Just send us an email and we'll get you the return address to send your item to. As with returns, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
